VViViD Vinyl’s Obligation and liability for defective material shall not exceed the original purchase price paid by purchaser. This includes original and any future shipping costs for replacements or returns. Under conditions where a warranty claim has been accepted, VViViD Vinyl will incur all shipping expenses aimed to fulfill our warranty. As well, all VVIVID Vinyl products must be kept clear of any chemicals, contaminants or environmental conditions deemed to be harmful to the integrity of the product. Any warranty claim made whereby the product was used outside the scope of it’s intended application may be denied. All VViViD Vinyl products are to be used for it’s intended purpose. These tests are considered extremely reliable but does not imply a guarantee or warranty based on this information. Technical information about VViViD Vinyl products are based upon testing by VViViD Vinyl. Third party marketplaces/vendors include but are not limited to: Amazon, eBay, Wal-Mart, Etsy, Wish and Rakuten. Also, orders placed through third party marketplaces and/or vendors are not warranted under our coverage program and any claims filed for third-party orders must done through their own system. Non-VVIVID brand products purchased on or vvividshop.ca are not warranted under our coverage program and any claims filed for Non-VVIVID brand products must be done through their own system. Please advise that warranties apply ONLY to VVIVID brand products purchased on, and vvividshop.ca. Also, make sure not to discard any of the original product and original packaging until a final decision has been made.
All submitted documents (photos, videos, etc.) must be clear, complete and easily identifiable. Please make sure to provide any information deemed necessary to validate your claim, as well as all information required by VVIVID. You may contact our customer support to file a claim, however, please note that our customer support team is not responsible for evaluating or making final decisions for warranty claims. VViViD technicians are not reachable by phone or email. Claims are evaluated by VViViD technicians who are in dustry professionals. Any false or fraudulent claims will be immediately denied and/or forwarded to the correct authorities where further legal actions may be taken. Please note that all claim decisions are final and non-negotiable.
